Individual sessions with me start at $175 couples’ sessions at $225. I offer super bills for insurance reimbursement and a certain amount of sliding scale fee clients into my schedule.

This depends on many factors specific to each individual client. It is normal to, at times, feel worse during our therapeutic journey before we feel better as we uncover difficult emotions and discuss our life’s hardships. Therapy can feel like a one step forward, two steps back journey at times.

I do provide super bills to individuals who request them. By not using insurance I am allowed to see fewer clients and give more in-depth care to my clients, ensuring you can see me at a frequency and for a length that works best for you. It also allows you to keep your experiences off of your medical record. Lastly, it ensures that I am paid at a rate that honors both the intensity of the work the mental health field that I experience on a daily basis and the education, training, and work I have put into my practice.
